Amazon and Best Buy are slashing prices on current 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models by up to $500, delivering the best deals on a variety of M3, M3 Pro and M3 Max configs for the 4th of July holiday.
Apple’s popular M3 Pro 14-inch MacBook Pro has also returned to its all-time best price of $1,699 at both Amazon and Best Buy, as the two retailers engage in a holiday price war ahead of Prime Day.
The standard M3 Pro spec, which is $300 off in your choice of Space Black or Silver, comes equipped with Apple’s M3 Pro chip with an 11-core CPU and 14-core GPU. It also has 18GB of unified memory and a 512GB SSD, making it a well-equipped Mac for the price.
At press time, shoppers can pick up the system as early as today at select Best Buy store locations, while Amazon is shipping units in 1-2 days. Historically, when units experience a slight delay at Amazon, it signals inventory is extremely limited.
Those interested in the high-end M3 Max 16-inch MacBook Pro can save $500 on the premium configuration with a 40-core GPU, 48GB of unified memory and 1TB of storage. Normally $3,999, it’s discounted to $3,499 while supplies last.
